Operational Clothing and Individual Equipment (OCIE) in support of the United States Security Assistance Command (USASAC)

The United States Army Security Assistance Command (USASAC) has a requirement to procure Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Operational Clothing and Individual Equipment (OCIE) for various FMS countries. ACC-APG anticipates the issuance of a multiple award, Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to procure these items. Responsible companies who have an interest in this requirement may submit a Capability Statement to the point of contact listed below.
