Work will include construction of a 215 sf guardhouse and security gates, fencing and traffic barriers. Security systems will be installed to interconnect with existing systems on the campus. Install a new waterline at the Range Area, which includes approximately 8,000 lf of 8" and 6" waterline and 4,000 lf of 2" waterline, along with miscellaneous isolation and control valves, fire hydrants, non-freezing yard hydrants, and drinking water fountains. The estimated dollar range for this solicitation is between $1 million and $5 million, NAICS #237110, business size standard $28.5 million.
