THIS PROCUREMENT IS RESTRICTED TO CONTRACTORS ON THE GENERAL MACC. The inclusive contract numbers are: N40085-09-D-5019, N40085-09-D-5020, N40085-09-D-5021, N40085-09-D-5022, N40085-09-D-5023, N40085-09-D-5026, N40085-09-D-5027, N40085-09-D-5033, and N40085-09-D-5034. The purpose of this project is for the design and construction of SOF Perimeter Improvements at NAS Oceana, Dam Neck Annex. This project includes a new realigned main gate entry control point (ECP) with the following features: • concrete anchored cable reinforced security fencing • low concrete wall vehicle barriers • truck and vehicle inspection lane with adequate rejection area • hardened guard house with elevated control lane island, bullnose protection, necessary intrusion detection system and electronic security systems Other facilities include but are not limited to firing position facility, truck inspection control facility, a vehicle inspection occupant shelter, pop-up/active vehicle barriers, and the construction of a new military working dog kennel and a new water pump station with emergency back generator replacing the structures demolished for the ECP. This project also includes work specific to the Naval Special Warfare Development Group (NSWDG) which includes a new realigned southern ECP. This project also includes a visitor center with attached shipping / receiving facility. Construction will be single-story, concrete foundation, concrete masonry unit walls with stone or concrete panel veneer, steel frame, and standing seam metal roof, and shall include multiple loading docks for shipping and receiving, break room, kitchenette, administrative spaces for both security and supply personnel, visitor waiting room, restrooms, storage, and supporting utilities. Security and force protection features are included in the project.
