NA The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) intends to acquire by a sole source negotiation with the Security and Engineering Technology Corporation to purchase and install maintenance/service of additional keyscan security card readers at its Field and Regional Offices. The security system will have the ability to fully intigrate with the exisisting Headquarters security system and will meet all current ADA, life safety and fire safety requirements. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 41 U.S.C 253(c)(1). See Numbered Note 22. This requirement is anticipated to be awarded by September 16, 2004.
