6515--Olin E. Teague Veterans Medical Center Pharmacy Service is seeking to purchase New-ConnectRX Server Upgrade

Network Contracting Office (NCO) 17 for the Pharmacy Service at the Olin E. Teague Veterans Medical Center, 1901 Veterans Memorial Drive, Temple, TX intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The VA intends to solicit and negotiate with Omnicell, Inc., 590 E MIDDLEFIELD RD, MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA, 94043-. Omnicell, Inc. is the sole manufacturer and sole distribitors for New ConnectRX Server Upgrade. The Contractor will provide a Firm Fixed-Priced, New ConnectRX Server Upgrade, which will be used by the Pharmacy Service at the Olin E. Teague Veterans Medical Center. The Government believes that only one source can satisfy the agency requirements and intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Other sources may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by Monday, July 13, 2020 at 11PM CST. Such information will be used for determining whether to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. All information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
