The VA intends to solicit and negotiate with NA Publishing Inc. (National Archive); 6814 Reliable Parkway; Chicago, IL 60686; a small business, for the renewal of microfilm subscription for numerous specialty medical journals used and stored in the medical library. The proposed period of performance is a one-time purchase with no additional options. The NAICS code is 511120 and has a size standard of 500 employees for this requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice.
