--Site license subscription to 11 American Medical Association full-text e-journals with archives

This is a notice of intent of the Center for Health Care Contracting (CHCC); Fort Sam Houston, Texas 78234-5068 to award a contract for site license subscription to American Medical Association (AMA) full text e-journals. This is a sole source procurement. CHCC intends to award to the American Medical Association., under authority of 10 USC 2304 (c)(1). American Medical Association is the only source that can provide access/coverage to the full-text/PDFs of the required AMA publications from 1998 to the present. All other proposals received will be considered. Award will be made on or about 26 Sep 08. The delivery schedule will be 30 September 2008 through 29 September 2009.
