VA NY/NJ Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN3) is seeking a source for HOME OXYGEN EQUIPMENT RENTAL AND OXYGEN DELIVERY SERVICES for our home-bound patients. 2. VISN 3 currently serves an estimated 1400 home-bound oxygen-using patients 3. Required services include storage, delivery, set-up, adjustment, patient/caregiver instructions and recovery of equipment. 4. All responsive offerors must be able to furnish all rentals, delivery, supplies, oxygen and service of oxygen equipment and ventilators to all the home-bound patients registered with the facilities listed in the "Place of Performance" section below: 5. There is a geographic requirement - all responsive offerors must have at a minimum two facilities located in the VISN3 area - one must be in NJ and one must be in NY. 6. The performance period for any subsequent contract will be one year with 4 option years. 7. The NAICS Code is 532291 8.
