The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Augusta, GA, VISN 7 contemplates negotiation of an sole source procurement with ScriptPro USA, Inc. 5828 Reeds Road, Mission, KS 66202-2740 for relocating the SP 200 robot from Liberty Pharmacy & Medical to the VA Medical Center, Tuscaloosa, AL. The period of performance for this procurement will be 120 days of award. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 454390 with a size standard of $7 million. Justification for this sole source procurement is in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A)and(B), only one responsible source. This Notice of Intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation documents will be issued. Firms that believe they can meet the VA's requirements must submit proof to the Contracting Officer no later within six (6) calendar days from the date of publication of this synopsis. All information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
