The FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to acquire non-personal services through a 100% Small Business Set-Aside for the Naval Medical Center, San Diego’s Otolaryngology Department, DOD Spatial Orientation Center. The services of a Biological Sciences Technician (1 position) are required. A firm fixed price contract is anticipated with a base period of performance commencing 01 December 2005 through 30 September 2006, with two (2) option periods for a total of 34 months.
