Q -- Adult Day Care

The G.V. (Sonny) Montgomery VA Medical Center, Jackson, MS, intends to enter into a contractual agreement with Senior Care Center of Mississippi to provide adult day care services to the beneficiaries of this medical center. The contractor must be able to comply with all the details listed in this solicitation, as it relates to facility accomodations, staffing certification, standard policies and procedures governed by the certifying agencies. Services must meet all Federal, State, and local standards. Contract period is for one (1) base, beginning Ocotober 1, 2004, ending September 30, 2005, with three (3) option years.
