S. Means Company, 700 Longwater Dr., Ste 102, Norwell, MA 02061. The North American Industry Classification system (NAICS) code is 511210. The Justification & Authorization (J&A) is available on the FedBizOpps (FBO) website, and is attached to this notice. Paper copies will not be made available.
