A--Notice of extension to ordering period and increase in the ceiling of contract W9113M-06-D-0005 pending protest resolution

The Government intends to extend the ordering period of the Asymmetric Warfare Group (AWG) Single Award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (SAIDIQ) contract W9113M-06-D-0005 for a period not to exceed a total of nine months (from 15 September 2013 to 15 June 2014) in order to allow sufficient time for the Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC)- Fort Eustis, Virginia to resolve outstanding protest(s) against the award of follow-on contract W911S0-13-C-0009. The Government intends to award a 45 day extension from 15 September 2013 through 31 October 2013; followed by a forty-five (45)day transition period; the remaining six (6) months of potential effort will be divided into two (2) Option Periods for three (3) months each in the event delays are experienced associated with any remaining protests. This action will result in an increase to the SAIDIQ ceiling by $30,513,490. The current effort is awarded to CACI-WGI (CACI- The Wexford Group International), 8618 Westwood Center Drive, Suite 200, Vienna, VA 22182-3818. Funding will be provided at the task order level. The Justification and Approval for other than full and open competition will be posted to this site upon approval.
