70--Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source for Software Upgrade to Patient Appointment System

MEDCOM, Western Regional Contracting Office, Tacoma, Washington, intends to award a fixed price purchase order to Phoenix Teledata in the amount of $73,131.93 for a one time upgrade to the current patient appointment system software located at William Beaumont Medical Center, El Paso, TX in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1. This notice is not a request for proposal and no solicitation will be issued. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability; and specifications within three (3) calendar days from the date of publication of this notice. This procurement will be prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
