Page 2 of 2 The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 7 located in Charleston, SC intends to issue a sole source firm fixed priced contract to SupraVista Medical DSS, LLC of Farnham, VA. The contract is expected to be awarded under FAR Part 13. A Limited Sources Justification has been prepared. The contract will be for an annual licensing agreement to utilize SupraVista Clinical Decision Support System (CDSS) Software for VHA VISTA Systems in accordance with the Statement of Work. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) (1)(ii), Soliciting from a Single Source. The NAICS code utilized for this procurement is 511210 Software Publishers with a Small Business Size Standard of $41.5 Million. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, Contractors may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the contracting officer whether to continue with the sole source procurement or to provide for competition.
