The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 15 intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of 41 U.S.C 253(c) (1) FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, to Volpara Health Inc., 19000 33rd Ave W, STE 130, Lynnwood WA 98036. Contractor will provide all labor, materials, and supervision to deliver tracking software to be used in conjunction with a Hologic 3D Dimensions mammography system. Verify connectivity and function to include: Customizable patient tracking and reporting software - custom worklists, patient record set up, and personal statistical report folders. One-touch buttons to submit findings, assessment, conclusions, and final reports. Risk calculations using multiple models, including Tyrer-Cuzick v8. Seamless integration into RIS, PACS, workstation, and voice recognition workflows. Easy and accelerated statistical reporting for FDA MQSA EQUIP inspection or ACR accreditation with simple exports. Staff Licenses and staff access to all features and functionality of Patient Hub and Volpara Risk. Licenses may be reassigned among staff as needed. Provide access to all administrative controls and settings to facilitate system set up and maintenance. HL7 interface between Patient Hub and a third-party software system via one-way or two-way transfer of ADT, ORM, and/or ORU messages. Custom integration between Patient Hub and a third-party software system (e.g., PACS, RIS, digital reading workstations, and/or voice recognition systems) via DICOM Mammography CAD Structured Report or Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resource (FHIR). Required Interface and Integration Summary: One 2-way HL7 interface with VistA/Cerner. One PowerScribe 360 integration The place of performance is for the Harry S. This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract with a period of performance of a base year with four option years. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations; interested parties may express their interest by providing a capabilities statement NLT August 12, 2022 at 11:00 AM CST. The capabilities statement must provide clear and unambiguous evidence to substantiate the capability of the party to provide the required services. A determination not to compete this proposed contract upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. If after August 12, 2022 no viable responses have been received in response to this announcement, Department of Veterans Affairs shall negotiate solely with Volpara Health Inc.
