Notice of Intent This Notice of Intent is to inform all parties that the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 4 (NCO4) intends to award in-accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b), a Single Source contract to the following vendor for use at VA Philadelphia Medical Center Stuart Karon, dba: Spiral Software; which is a wholly-owned, sole supplier and sole proprietor /owner of AMiON/OnCall for Licensing of AMiON Software; which supports physician scheduling and on-call contact system for hospitals. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation for offers. However, parties interested in responding to this notice shall submit technical data sufficient to determine capability in providing the same product to Rosa R. Rodgers, Contracting Officer, at [email protected], by January 3, 2022, no later than 2:00pm EST. All capability statements received by closing of this notification will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The intended procurement will be classified under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 511210 with a Small Business Size Standard of $41.5M. The Product Service Code (PSC) is assigned to be 7A21: IT and Telecom-Business Application Software (Perpetual License Software).
