ERDC Contracting Office intends to solicit on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, to Raytheon BBN Technologies, 10 Moulton Street, Cambridge, MA 03281 for support and hardware for the Border Tunneling Activity Detection System (BTADS). Raytheon BBN Technologies is the only known source that offers proprietary hardware and software for BTADS capable of meeting agency specifications. This is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation is available. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation to the Contract Specialist not later than 1:00 p.m. CST on 25 January 2010.
