Fiscal Year 2020 Annual Plan (FY20 AP) under Ground Vehicle Systems (GVS) Other Transaction Agreement (OTA)

The GVS OTA, W15QKN-17-9-1025, was entered into between the Army Contracting Command (ACC) and the National Advanced Mobility Consortium (NAMC) on 26 September 2017, in support of Ground Vehicle Systems related Research and Development prototype projects. This Special Notice is for informational/planning purposes only and is not a Request for Prototype Proposal (RPP). A prototype project will not be awarded as a result of this announcement. The GVS OTA FY20 Annual Plan was issued to NAMC, who issued the Request for White Papers to its members. In order to be eligible to submit a proposal for future FY20 Annual Plan cycle RPPs, the NAMC member must submit a White Paper against each project of interest. The GVS OTA FY20 Annual Plan encompasses the following objective areas: Architecture Security Modularity (ASM); Autonomy; External; Modeling and Simulation (M&S); Platforms; Powertrain; and Survivability. The purpose of this announcement is to provide members of the NAMC, and industry in general, notification of the Government's Request for White Papers.
