Subject: Medical Product Development Support Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract Issued for: U.S. Army Medical Materiel Development Activity (USAMMDA) and Other U.S. Army Medical Research and Materiel Command (USAMRMC) Subordinate Commands, Fort Detrick MD. Background: The Government is contemplating the award of multiple Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts to support all aspects of medical product development for USAMMDA and other USAMRMC subordinate commands. In preparation for this solicitation, the Government is releasing a draft Performance Work Statement (PWS), draft Evaluation Criteria, and asking questions to vendors in order to obtain industry feedback. Industry responses to the questions in this RFI may shape the Government's final acquisition strategy and resulting solicitation. The following documents are attached to this RFI: Draft Performance Work Statement (Attachment 1), Draft Evaluation Criteria (Attachment 2), and Questions to Vendors (Attachment 3). Information Requested: To respond to this RFI, please address the questions in Attachment 3. It is preferable for all questions to be answered but any comments regarding the attached documents will be accepted. Do not respond with information about your company's ability or capability to meet the requirement described in the draft documents.
