The ERDC intends to issue a firm fixed price contract to Wiley Subscription Services, Inc., 111 River Street, Hoboken, NJ 07030-5773, on a sole source basis. Wiley Subscription Services is the only company capable of fulfilling this requirement. Wiley Subscription Services is the sole publisher and licensor of the required titles.
