D -- Cooperative Research and Development Agreement between the Defense Information Systems Agency and TerreStar Networks, Inc.

The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) has entered into a Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA) with TerreStar Networks, Inc., McLean, VA, concerning TerreStar's North American Emergency Response Communication Network. TerreStar Networks will perform research and development on the following communication technology development topics including Network, Operations, Applications, Facilities and Sustainment. TerreStar Networks is providing information and manpower to the joint research effort matching its efforts with those of the DISA to meet the CRADA objectives.
