R -- Evaluating the Scope of Women''s Health Services Provided by Community Health Centers along the Texas and New Mexico Border

The Office of Public Health and Science (OPHS), Region VI, Office on Women’s Health (OWH), through the Program Support Center (PSC), intends to award a twelve month sole source simplified acquisition to Nybeck Consulting. The purpose of this simplified acquisition is to provide support for an evaluation of the Scope of Women’s Health Services provided by Community Health Centers along the Texas and New Mexico border. Closing date for this announcement is June 27, 2003. The proposed simplified acquisition action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed simplified acquisition based upon responses to this Notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Contractors may forward capability statements to the referenced address within 15 days after the date of publication of this Notice. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
