This is a National Park Service project awarded and administered by USFWS. SUBJECT TO THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT (ARRA) OF 2009 REPORTING REQUIREMENTS THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS ONLY BEING OFFERED TO IDIQ HOLDERS AWARDED AS RESULT OF SOLICITATION 982109R207 MULTIPLE AWARD TASK ORDER CONTRACT (MATOC) ON THE EASTERN HALF OF THE UNITED STATES. The three companies who will be competing for this project are Perini Management Services, Inc. , MACTEC Engineering and Consulting, Inc.and BlueScope Construction, Inc. Full and open solicitation 982109R207 was a two step acquisition under FAR 36.3 and FAR Part 15 and was awarded on December 9, 2009. This ARRA Project wil consist of the HVAC system conversion at JOFL Visitor Center and Unger House HVAC Conversion to Geothermal System and replacing the Maintenance Building Oil Heating System at Fort Necessity with Geothermal System.
