Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source to Applied Management Corporation (AMCORP)

Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Pacific (SSC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a cost type indefinite-delivery-indefinite-quantity contract and subsequent modifications on a sole-source basis to Applied Management Corporation (AMCORP).The requirement is for the acquisition of technical engineering and support services relating to specialized Undersea Warfare (USW) technology. This effort involves tactical systems engineering, in-service engineering support for current fleet systems, and documentation generation support for present and future USW Systems. Under this contract, the contractor shall provide technical engineering and support for the USW Fire Control Systems in the areas of Specification and Design; Fabrication and Integration; Test and Evaluation; Studies and Analysis; and System Safety/Weapon Certification Support. The estimated aggregate contract value is $3,981,432.00. The authority to award orders and subsequent modifications under the attached Class Justification and Approval (J&A). Contracting by Negotiation under FAR Part 15 apply. The applicable NAICS Code is 541330 and the business size standard is $15 million.
