A-76 Tentative Decision, Cost Comparison results for Clerical Support Services. The NRCS has completed a direct conversion with cost comparison study for Clerical Support Services in the East Team Office in Auburn, Alabama. As a result of this study, performance of this function shall remain in-house. The cost comparison information is available to affected parties upon request to the Contracting Officer identified in this announcement. Appeals must be received in writing and within twenty (20) calendar days after the publication date of this notice. Questions regarding this notice shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer.
