The United States of America, acting through the Millennium Challenge Corporation (“MCC”) and the Government of Côte d’Ivoire (the “Government” or “GoCI”) have entered into a Millennium Challenge Compact (the “Compact”) for Millennium Challenge Account assistance to help facilitate poverty reduction through economic growth in Côte d`Ivoire in the amount of approximately US$ 524.7 million (“MCC Funding”). The Government, acting through MCA-Côte d’Ivoire (the “MCA Entity” or “Buyer”), intends to apply a portion of the MCC Funding to eligible payments under a contract for which this Request for Qualification (“RFQ”) is issued. Any payments made by the MCA Entity under the proposed contract will be subject, in all respects, to the terms and conditions of the Compact and related documents, including restrictions on the use and distribution of MCC Funding. The Compact and its related documents can be found on the MCC website (www.mcc.gov) and on the MCA-Côte d’Ivoire website (http://www.mcacotedivoire.ci). 2. MCA-Côte d'Ivoire hereby invites eligible individual Consultants to provide consultancy services as Expert in Electromechanics to Project Skills’ professional Training Centers for the purchase of professional training equipments and their installation. Individual consultants are invited to submit their CV’s and financial proposals. MCA-Ivory Coast will award the selected consultant a contract for a period of twenty-four (24) months including a base period of 12 months and an optional period up to the end of the Compact. set for August 05, 2025. 3. Requirements: The required qualifications for the Individual Consultant are described in the description of services and requirement of deliverables indicated in the Request for Qualification (RFQ). 4.
