This posting constitutes the United States Military Academy's notice of intent to award on a sole source basis a purchase order to Energy Controls LLC located at 1235 Route 23 S. Butler, NJ 07405 for a removal replacement and programming of Oxygen Sensors for Boiler 1 &2 in the Central Power Plant. The estimated award is $36,300.00. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirement. The applicable NAICS code is 334516 and the size standard is 500. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation of offers. See numbered Note 22. Insert two days in lieu of 45 days in Note 22. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement upon receipt of response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. There will be no solicitation available.
