This is an annual synopsis of repair basic ordering agreement (BOA) N00104-06-G-A755 with Curtiss-Wright Electro Mechanical Corp, Phillipsburg, NJ and serves as the pre-solicitation synopsis for all repair orders issued by the NAVICP for the period 2010 Dec 20 thru 2011 Dec 20 for the evaluation and repair of TRIPER and AERP Pumps, some of the items are: NSN 7H 4320-01-122-2340 Centrifugal Pump; NSN 7H 4320-01-150-4277 Centrifugal Pump Unit; NSN 7H 4320-00-226-9304 PP Pump Rotor Assembly; NSN 2S 4320-01-549-0007 Q3 Pump, Cent MSW; NSN 4Y 4320-01-098-2726 Q3 Centrifugal Pump Unit; and NSN 7H 4320-01-410-7150 PP Pump Rotor. Individual orders exceeding $25,000.00 will be synopsized pursuant to FAR subpart 5.3.Orders issued under this BOA and pursuant to this synopsis will be issued pursuant to 10 USC 2304 (c)(1) because the Government does not currently possess the data necessary to compete the items solicited hereunder. Guidance in NAVICP solicitation language identified as LA27LN, Alternative Products Offered, applies to companies expressing an interest in supplying these items.
