16--The purpose of this Procurement is to obtain Repair on 12 Blackhawk (UH-60) Clock Panels in support of the US Army Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Repair Program for the Country of Korea.

AMCOM, Contracting Center, RDEC & FMS/HAWK/UGV Directorate, Repair and Rebuild (R&R) Division plans to Award a Firm Fix Price (FFP) Purchase Order (PO) for the AMCOM Security Assistance Management Directorate (SAMD). This Procurement is for the Repair of 12 Blackhawk (UH-60) Clock Panels (NSN: 6645-01-398-9100; P/N: DNM-100-150). The Teardown, Test and Evaluation (TT&E) Effort will be requested initially. Upon completion of the TT&E the Repair and Rebuild (R&R) Effort will be procured. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with one source thus this Notice IS NOT a request for Competitive Quotes and no written Solicitation will be issued.
