This is an Annual Synopsis of Repair Basic Ordering Agreement(BOA) N00104-10-G-A011 with Warren Pumps Inc. and serves as the presolicitation synopsis notice for all repair orders issued by NAVSUP WSS-Mechanicsburg for the period of 14 Mar 14 thru 14 Mar 15 for evaluation and repair of various repair components of the Pump System manufactured and repaired by Warren Pumps, INC. Several major items to be repaired include: NSN 7HH 2815-01-560-3434 PUMP LUBE OIL P/N D-4793 NSN 7HH 4320-00-611-5304 ROTOR ASSEMBLY,PUMP SHELF LIFE 0-00 P/N 126Z0079 NSN 7HH 4320-01-249-4858 PUMP,ROTARY P/N 6999-R575TSVDIBRG001 NSN 7HH 4320-01-235-4266 Q3 HOUSING,LIQUID PUMP SHELF P/N PL-999R0501-C PC 1 AND 2 ASSY NSN 7HH 4320-01-003-6073 PUMP,CENTRIFUGAL P/N 998F1419 NSN 7HH 4320-01-468-7960 PUMP UNIT,CENTRIFUGAL P/N 998D3473 However, individual orders may be issued for any sole source item of repair under this Pump System. A complete list of potential repairable items for which orders may be placed can be obtained upon request from the below cited point of contract. Individual orders exceeding $25,000.00 will be synopsized pursuant to FAR Subpart 5.3. A complete list of items and forecasted quantities can be obtained upon request. Orders issued under the Basic Ordering Agreement and pursuant to this synopsis will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) because the Government does not currently possess data necessary to compete the items solicited hereunder. Guidance in NAVSUP solicitation language identified as LA27LN, Alternate Products Offered, applies to companies expressing an interest in supplying these items.
