Accomplish the Decommissioning for the USS CUSHING (DD-985). THIS IS A HUBZONE SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. Contact the Procuring Contract Specialist for inspection dates/location, contract dates, and place of performance. All San Diego, CA area sources who currently hold, or are qualified for and willing to enter into an Agreement for Boat Repair (DFAR 217.71) prior to award, may submit a proposal which shall be considered by this agency. Firms which do not possess a Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA)/Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) (as applicable) are ineligible for award unless adequate time exists to permit the Navy to perform an assessment of the MSRA/ABR application without impacting the vessel's availability dates. It is impracticable to distribute the applicable NAVSEA Standard Items.
