THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFOMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTOR AWARDED CONTRACT NO 08CC340055 - CANAL REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT FOR YUMA COUNTY, YUMA ARIZONA. The Government intends to issue Task Order No. R09PD34R09 under Contract No. 08CC340055 to AAK-De Los Santos Construction, for repiars at Drainage Pump Outlet Channel 1 and 2 (DPOC 1 & 2). Award date is estimated for September 15, 2009. This task order will be funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) for Project Number LC1163500 Yuma Area Projects - Repair/Replacement of Aging Infastructure (Tracking No. 12.000). The contract was awarded on September 29, 2008 to AAK-De Los Santos as a joint venture for Canal Replacement and Repair in the Yuma County. The period of performance is three years. The Task Order will be issued for the labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to repair and replace canal lining and necessary structures on Drainage Pump Outlet Channels (DPOC) 1 from the Highway 95 crossing to Station 104+40 and all of DPOC 2 south of the Highway 95 crossing. Stations are approximate and will be finalized in detail drawings prior to the beginning of construction.
