70--INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Contract with World Wide Technologies, Inc. for a Maintenance Renewal of Computer Profile Migrator Maintenance of 2,000 licenses.

The Missouri National Guard intends to sole source a contract with World Wide Technologies, Inc. for a Maintenance Renewal of Computer Profile Migrator Maintenance of 2,000 licenses. Enables customer to complete Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7 to Windows 7 or Windows 8 migrations. The maintenance was developed specifically for the Missouri National Guard IT division to assist the division with computer profile migrations that occur with software upgrades, new hardware acquisition, and virus and malware removal among others. This technology is proprietary of World Wide Technologies who provided the initial maintenance contract of 2,000 licenses. It will be used for hardware break-fix, New machines, operating system break-fix, reduction in IT staff, remote refreshes and upgrades.
