D--Intent to Sole Source to Oracle Support Services, under authority 10 USC 2304c(b)(2)

The Army Contracting Command, National Capital Region (ACC-NCR) has a requirement for the procurement of maintenance support services. The POP is date of award through 12 months. This synopsis is submitted to notify industry that a contract will be awarded to Oracle Corporation in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. In accordance with FAR Part 5.203 (a) this notice is transmitted to notify industry that an RFQ will be issued for this service on or about 21 Sept 2011. All responsible sources may submit a response by the closing date of this synopsis and if received timely, your response will be considered by the agency.
