D--Notice of Intent - Computer-Aided Dispatch System Hardware/Software Upgrade

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Fort Jackson, South Carolina, intends to issue a firm fixed price, sole source award to Intergraph Corporation (Security, Government and Infrastructure) 170 Graphics Drive, Madison, AL 35758 for the following: Line Item 0001 Third Party Hardware/Software Line Item 0002 Labor Services Line Item 0003 Travel Line Item 0004 Shipping This procurement is being conducted under Other than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, 10 USC 2304 (c)(1). The intent of this procurement is to award based on sole source requirement. The anticipated award date is September 27th, 2010. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 811213 and the size standard is $7.0M. All responsible sources may submit a response. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued. Interested firms may identify their interest in writing to the Government point of contact. Responses to this notice must be received no later than 4:00 PM Eastern Time 24 September 2010.
