Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract The National Capital Region Contracting Center (NCRCC), on behalf of the Department of Defense Office of the Inspector General, intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A) Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, to Executive Information Systems LLC, 6901 Rockledge Drive Suite 600, Bethesda, MD 20827-0076, to provide technical support and maintenance and upgrades for the Group 2 server SAS products, licenses of SAS Institute Inc Software. This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract with a period of performance through 30 September 2010. The NAICS code for this requirement is 811212 with a size standard of $25.0M. This Notice of Intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There is no solicitation document. No RFP will be available for competitive proposals.
