The Rock Island Arsenal intends to award Racom, 201 W. State St., PO Box 574, Marshalltown, IA 50158-0574 a contract for the access to the Racom trunk radio network using Racom portable, mobile, and base radio on a Sole Source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This effort also includes all technical service work, support, programming, and parts 24 hours per day, 7 days per week for the period of performance September 1, 2010 through August 31, 2011.
