NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT 1. The National Capital Region Contracting Center (NCRCC), on behalf of The Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense (OASD), intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (1), (1)-FAR 6.302-1(a) (2) (iii)(A)- Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This award will be made to Executive Information Systems, LLC, 6901 Rockledge Drive, Suite 600, Bethesda, MD 20827-0076. Executive Information Systems, LLC shall provide the SAS software, maintenance, and professional training. This action will result in a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract with a period of performance of twelve (12) months. The NAICS Code for this Notice is 511210 with a size standard of $25 million. 2. This Notice of Intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive quotes.
