The Sole Source purchase will be for the following: **Tecplot 360 Software License for a single user on Windows OS; Perpetual license with 12 months of software maintenance service. DELIVERED TO AIR FORCE RESEARCH LAB, EDWARDS AFB, CA **1. Description of Item: A CFD & numerical simulation visualization software package combining vital engineering plotting with advanced data visualization in one tool. It is used to perform modeling and simulation of the fluid flow in the rocket engines. **Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals.
