Z -- Roofing and Waterproofing Maintenance

The U.S. Department of State (DOS), Office of Logistics Management, on behalf of Overseas Buildings Operations, Facilities Management Division is seeking to pre-qualify contractors to provide building envelope, roofing and waterproofing maintenance and repair projects at various Foreign Service Posts worldwide under a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA). The Government anticipates to award a minimum of five contracts to licensed firms specializing in building envelope, roofing and waterproofing projects. A minimum of two of the contracts will be set aside for small businesses.
