NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office 2 (NCO 2) intends to award a sole source contract award to Stryker Communications 1410 Lakeside Parkway, STE 100, Flower Mound, TX 75028. The period of performance for contract award will be from April 1, 2019 through March 31, 2020 with provision for four (4) option years. This requirement is to provide preventative maintenance and support service of Stryker equipment. This will include providing all necessary labor, OEM parts and materials for Stryker Visum II Lights, FP/VPA/Lead Shield located at the Syracuse VA Medical Center, 800 Irving Avenue, Syracuse, NY 13210-2716. All work shall be performed by Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) certified technicians authorized by Stryker to do preform repairs and use only new OEM parts. Stryker Communications is the only known provider since the equipment is proprietary and maintenance therefore only be provided by Stryker Communications. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification prior to the response due date and time.
