The Department of State (DOS) is seeking a firm capable of providing services for the repair, preventive maintenance, and inspection of elevators, escalators, dumbwaiters, wheelchair lifts, and pneumatic tube system equipment. The services are to be provided at Department of State Buildings located within the greater metropolitan Washington DC area. Contractor selected for award must be capable of obtaining a Top Secret Facility clearance. This is a Small Business Set Aside. The NAICS code is 235950, and the Small Business Size Standard is $12,000,000. The contract is to run for a base year and four (4) one year options.
