Equipment Maintenance

The Internal Revenue Service intends to issue a Sole Source Purchase Order using the simplified acquisition procedures of FAR Part 13 to FL Walz, Inc., 656 High Point LN, East Peoria, IL, 61611. This acquisition is for the extended warranty for 3 folder/inserter machines, and the extended warranty for 2-versa feeders. The extended warranty includes 4 quarterly preventative maintenance calls, parts, labor, travel and service calls in between preventative maintenance calls. Fl Walz, Inc. has proprietary rights for the maintenance of this equipment. The machines are currently maintained by FL Walz, Inc. at an IRS location at 1201 N Mitsubishi Motorway, Bloomington, IL, 61704. No Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be prepared or made available. No telephone requests will be honored.
