D -- Synopsis for Operation and Maintenance of Commnucation Suite And IT Equipment Onboard MSC MPS Vessels

The Military Sealift Command requires contract(s) for the operation and maintenance of communications suites aboard up to four T-AK Class vessels. The awardee would be responsible for ensuring the operational readiness of the equipment, manning of the communications department, and performing maintenance of the communication equipment and related systems. The anticipate contract periods will be for a base period of 12 months, with four 12-month option periods. The solicitation will be made available on the Military Sealift Command’s homepage. It is the responsibility of the interested parties to independently review the referenced web links frequently for updates to any and all documents. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments (if any). The Government does not anticipate paper copies of these documents to be issued.
