SUBJECT TO THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT (ARRA) OF 2009 REPORTING REQUIREMENTS The purpose of this announcement is to cancel solicitation no. 98210RR019, the solicitation for the Lower Birch Creek wayside improvements project, at mile marker 140, Steese Highway, AK. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS ONLY BEING OFFERED TO IDIQ HOLDERS AWARDED AS RESULT OF SOLICITATION 982109R207 MULTIPLE AWARD TASK ORDER CONTRACT (MATOC) ON THE WESTERN HALF OF THE UNITED STATES. The three companies who will be competing for this project are C3, LLC, CH2M HILL, and URS Group Inc. Full and open solicitation 982109R207 was a two step acquisition under FAR 36.3 and FAR Part 15 and was awarded on December 9, 2009.
