The Western Area Power Administration, Sierra-Nevada Region Office (SNR) has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and other resources necessary to complete this project. The work inlcudes but is not limited to removing existing roofing system, and providing a new sprayed polyurethane foam (SPF) roofing system. The work is located in Elverta, California in the county of Sacramento. This solicitation is set aside 100% for small business with a NAICS code of 238160 and a size standard of $12.0 million. Estimated construction magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000. This solicitation will be issued on or about 1 June 2004 and proposals will be due on or about 1 July 2004 by close of business. Estimated completion date is sixty (60) days after receipt of notice to proceed.
