J--INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Contract with Emerson Network Power for a Maintenance Renewal of Liebert Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS)

The Missouri National Guard intends to sole source a contract with Emerson Network Power for a maintenance renewal of its UPS system. This is for a one year contract and consists of preventative maintenance checks of the UPS system components to affirm continued functionality of equipment necessary to provide interrupted power in the events power is not provided by the power supply company.
