70--Enhancements to CoreIMS system EE 3.5 to Support ANSF Demand Based Supply Chain

The CENTCOM Joint Theater Contracting Command (C-JTSCC), General Support Contracting Command (GSCC), Camp As Sayliyah, Qatar, intends to issue a sole source contract to Core partners, Inc. This acquisition is for Enhancements to CoreIMS system EE 3.5 to Support ANSF Demand Based Supply Chain. This acquisition seeks to establish the capability to store and calculate demand-based data elements and calculated values in the CoreIMS EE database to allow for the optimization of the Afghanistan National Security Forces supply chain using the Days of Supply model. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 quote mark Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements quote mark.
