Notice of Intent to Sole Source Solicitation Number: 36C776-21-AP-6903 The Department of Veteran Affairs, Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) intends to solicit and negotiate directly with 22 MILES, Inc, 1594 Mccarthy Blvd, Milpitas, CA 95035 for the procurement of Information Board Software in support of the Phoenix VA Health Care System under FAR 13.106-1. 22 MILES, Inc is the developer and sole distributor of the Information board software for the below Phoenix VA Health Care System campuses. Hayden Veterans' Administration Medical Center 650 East Indian School Road Phoenix, AZ 85012-1839 Phoenix VA Health Care System Phoenix VA Clinic 400 North 32nd St. Phoenix, AZ 85008 Project Information: The Phoenix Veteran Affairs Health Care System has a requirement to purchase with an authorized vendor to supply and deliver Information Board Software. This is a single source, with only one (1) vendor/manufacturer able to supply. This requirement is in support of the activation of Phoenix VA Clinic 32nd Street Project. The new Outpatient Clinic has the need for Two (2) Information Boards to support patients coming into the clinic by providing basic information about the clinic and wayfinding. This package is for the software to support those information boards. The Information Board software is currently being used at Carl T. Hayden Veterans' Administration Medical Center. The Phoenix VA Clinic - 32nd Street will utilize the same software and must connect to the existing server at the main facility. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
